Waiting for Love – Videoclipe

This project was developed during my senior year (12th grade) for the Multimedia course and involved creating a music video for Avicii’s song "Waiting for Love."

The opportunity arose during a trip to the Azores, where I took the chance to film various landscapes, moments, and settings that could serve as a visual foundation for the song's narrative. The creative process involved editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, where I explored the relationship between sound and image by syncing cuts to the music's rhythm and using transitions, effects, and color correction to create a cohesive, emotional atmosphere. The visual narrative follows a journey—featuring shots of nature, roads, sunsets, and moments of contemplation—culminating in a couple reuniting at the airport, thereby representing the "waiting for love" theme evoked by the song.

This project allowed me to develop technical video editing skills and explore audiovisual storytelling as a means to convey a personal, emotional story.
